USTR Prevails in WTO Dispute with Indonesia Apple Import Restrictions

The US Trade Representative, Robert Lighthizer announced that the World Trade Organization upheld their ruling that Indonesia’s import licensing regimes for horticultural products are inconsistent with WTO rules.
