A Major Upgrade for the China Fruit Visitor Pre-Registration System!

Finally, the wait is over for our dear colleagues in the fruit industry! Over the past few months, we have significantly enhanced the visitor pre-registration system to make the exhibition more professional and business matchmaking for fruit practitioners more efficient!

This year, the pre-registration system for the China International Fruit Expo 2025 (China Fruit) introduces a visitor qualification review mechanism, and the exhibition is open only to trade or invited visitors. Trade visitors must pass the qualification review to gain entry (non-trade visitors under 18 or over 70 years old will not be admitted). Thank you for your cooperation!

From now until Aug. 26, pre-registered and approved trade visitors will be able to enter for free during the exhibition period from Aug. 27 to 29!

Important reminder:

During the exhibition period (Aug. 27–29), on-site registrants must complete a qualification review and pay an entry fee of 200 Chinese yuan per person before admission.

Step 1: Go to the pre-registration page

Step 2: Fill in personal information and complete survey

After verification and login, please fill in your personal information (name, position, company, etc.), upload qualification documents (JPG/PNG format acceptable), and complete the survey.

Step 3: Submit for review

After submission, please await the review result (processing time: approximately 1–3 workdays). Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation SMS/email.

Step 4: Enter during the exhibition

At the event, please present your original registered ID (e.g., resident identification card) at the “Visitor Channel” for fast-track entry.

Note: The qualification review mechanism requires you to upload your industry credential documents, i.e., valid supporting documents consistent with your registration information, such as your business card indicating your company name and position, business license, or other work information supporting documents (as shown in the images below). Please ensure that the uploaded images are clear and complete; otherwise, the review may fail.
