Apples (⇨)
Core varieties such as Royal Gala, Fuji and NZ Queen mostly remained stable this week. However, a notable price decline was recorded for Ambrosia. Both New Zealand and Chilean Ambrosia remain around 2025 values. Further details are available online.

Cherries (⇩)
As the U.S. cherry supply increases, there has been natural pressure on pricing. On average, Skeena and Regina declined by around ¥30–40 per 5-kilogram carton. Full details, including price-by-size information, is available online.
Grapefruit (⇩)
Overall Star Ruby pricing declined further during week 28. As a result, we are firmly at the 2024 price level, which is approximately 21% below the same week of 2025.
Lemons (⇩)
South African Eureka pricing declined this week and continues to be closer to 2024 values, in contrast to the high levels that we recorded last season. At the retail level, Chinese goods are well supplied, pricing at an average of ¥25.80 (1 kg).
Oranges (⇨)
The orange market was rather stable this week. Egyptian Valencia oranges are finishing off as South African and Australian goods kick off. Egyptian Valencia is trading around ¥80 (15 kg, various sizes), which is a full 54% below last season. The first South African openings are sitting at ¥135 (15 kg, #56/64), about 17% lower than the same week of 2025. Visit us online for full details, including for Australian navels.

Soft Citrus (⇩)
Wholesale pricing declined for both Australian and South African soft citrus, while there was the first larger influx of Peruvian W. Murcott pricing in the region of ¥170–200 (10 kg, various sizes). In retail, we currently have an average value of ¥38.50 per kilogram noted, which is rather in line with last season.
